Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our European General Manager. The successful candidate will not only ensure efficient management of executive schedules and daily operations, but also play a pivotal role in supporting marketing and sales activities across the EU region. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the General Manager’s complex calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and communications on behalf of the GM.
  • Act as a confidential liaison between GM and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support with HR‑related tasks (onboarding, documentation, etc.), as needed.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and trade shows.
  • Support the sales team with the preparation of customer quotations, follow‑up emails, and client documentation.
  • Conduct market research, compile and maintain customer databases, and analyze sales/marketing data.
  • Draft content for newsletters, press releases, and social media postings.
  • Liaise with distributors, customers, and partners as first point of contact for inquiries and initial sales support requests.
  • Help monitor and report on key marketing and sales KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a sales/marketing support role.
  • Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite; knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a service‑oriented attitude.
