Tasks

As a Salesforce Solution/Technical Architect (m/f/d), you will design holistic, scalable and secure IT solutions. You will work closely with customers, implementation teams and stakeholders and take responsibility for the architecture, solution finding and technical implementation.


• Responsible for the overall solution: you define the architecture based on customer requirements and represent it internally and externally - within Salesforce (Solution Architect) and in the overarching system landscape with all integrations (Technical Architect)
• Lead the solution process: you lead the requirements gathering, structure the solution path and ensure a clear decision-making basis for teams and stakeholders
• Provide process- and technology-oriented advice: You analyse existing structures, identify optimization potential in processes and recommend best practices as well as suitable technologies - in the Salesforce core (Solution Architect) or in the entire technical architecture (Technical Architect)
• Validate and minimize risks: You check solution concepts for feasibility and identify technical risks at an early stage - with a particular focus on data integrity and integration patterns for Technical Architects
• Create clear architecture documentation: develop and document relevant solution artifacts - understandable for business and technical teams
• Design central components: You define core components such as data models, interfaces, platform strategies or security architectures - depending on the role within Salesforce or across systems
• Lead product selection and license strategy: evaluate technical options and make recommendations that fit requirements, budget and future plans
• Support the implementation team as an expert: You support the team as a contact person for all questions relating to the structure and implementation of the overall solution

Qualification

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution/Technical Architect (m/f/d) who:enjoys designing complex IT solutions holistically, developing them technologically and providing strategic support - depending on the focus within Salesforce (Solution Architect) or across the entire system landscape (T_echnical Architect_).


Ideally, you have the following

• Team culture: You are a team player and actively share your knowledge to continuously develop the team and yourself
• Working style: You work in a structured, solution-oriented and professional manner. You approach projects independently, maintain an overview and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
• Qualifications: You have a degree in computer science (diploma/master's degree) or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you have relevant professional experience in complex IT architecture projects
• Salesforce project experience: You have at least five years of experience in IT projects - ideally in the Salesforce environment with a focus on Sales Cloud or Service Cloud - or in comparable complex system landscapes
• Cloud technologies: You have sound experience in dealing with modern cloud technologies and architectures. You know how to design and integrate cloud-based solutions securely, scalably and efficiently. As a Technical Architect, you have (basic) knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft and are motivated to expand your knowledge in a targeted manner
• Focus depending on role: Solution Architect: Focus on Salesforce configuration, automations, multi-component solutions and user experience. Technical Architect: Focus on integrations, data flows, security, code quality and DevOps processes across all systems
• Languages: You communicate business fluently in German and English
• Residence: Your place of residence is in Germany to ensure smooth cooperation within the team
