SAP Anwendundungsbetreuer SAP PM/EAM (m/w/d) – Join us to support the Bundeswehr’s digital future. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who want to advance Bundeswehr IT in challenging digitization projects while contributing to Germany’s security.

We are a reliable partner for all phases of ERP projects. In the framework of comprehensive product lifecycle management, the organization unit is responsible for the customer’s applications, including custom solutions and commercial products, ensuring a fault-tolerant and future-oriented application operation. We advise the customer strategically on development plans and drive continuous improvement processes together. In the maintenance support area, we seek an experienced logistics specialist to support us with their expertise.

Responsibilities

• Consult and support SAP applications in the maintenance area SAP PM / SAP EAM in the context of the Bundeswehr’s "flying systems" to improve efficiency and user friendliness
• Coordinate and communicate between different business areas
• Contribute to the rollout of templates and realisation projects
• Create and maintain process and adjustment documentation
• Coordinate internal BWI support topics and align with customer business units
• Ensure system performance and identify and fix application defects

Qualifications

• Successfully completed IT-related or business studies or an equivalent qualification
• At least 4 years of professional experience in maintenance in SAP EAM, SAP PM modules
• Ideally knowledge of IS-DS industry solution and/or knowledge of Bundeswehr logistics processes
• Experience as an SAP consultant and/or 2nd level SAP application support in maintenance
• Strong customer orientation, teamwork, and initiative
