Job Title: SAP Basis Consultant / Team Lead (m/f/d) – On-Premise & Cloud (RISE/BTP)

Location: Germany or Austria (Remote / Hybrid)

Your Role

• Ensure smooth operation, performance, and compliance of SAP systems across on‑premise and cloud environments.
• Design and implement secure and scalable SAP architectures (S/4HANA, RISE, BTP).
• Provide presales input and technical expertise in customer projects and tenders.
• Lead and coordinate a small team of SAP Basis specialists, including capacity and project planning.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and support root cause analysis.
• Coach junior colleagues and promote continuous learning within the team.

What You Bring

• Several years of SAP Basis consulting experience and system architecture design.
• Strong technical knowledge of S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, Fiori, and Solution Manager.
• Experience with RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, or SAP Cloud ALM.
• Confident in client communication and presales discussions.
• Some background in team coordination or project leadership.
• Very good German and English skills.
