About Our Client
Start: Ab sofort
Ende: 31. Dezember 2025 (Option auf Verlängerung)
Auslastung: 3-4 Tage pro Woche
Einsatzort: München/ Remote (Bereitschaft alle 4-12 Wochen für ein 3-4 Tage vor Ort zu kommen)
Aufgaben
Job Description

• Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse rund um Rechnungsbearbeitung und Dokumentenmanagement
• Gestaltung und Umsetzung der Zielprozesse in SAP S/4HANA (inkl. Workflows & Schnittstellen)
• Vorbereitung und Konfiguration des SAP-Systems sowie relevanter Module
• Unterstützung bei der Migration von Rechnungen und Dokumenten (inkl. Datenstruktur & Archivierung)
• Durchführung von Tests und Qualitätssicherung (z. B. Rechnungseingang, Archivierung, Freigaben)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, IT und Fachabteilungen
  

The Successful Applicant
Ihr Profil

• Erfahrung im SAP-Umfeld, insbesondere mit S/4HANA
• Kenntnisse in der elektronischen Rechnungsverarbeitung, idealerweise mit KPSC, ArchiveLink, d.3one oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
• Erfahrung mit Dokumentenmanagementsystemen und Cloud-Migration (Move2Cloud) von Vorteil
• Verständnis für fachliche Anforderungen und deren Übersetzung in Systemprozesse
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Erfahrung in der Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern
