Job Description
Gesucht wird ein freiberuflicher SAP SuccessFactors Experte (m/w/d), der das bestehende Team im Tagesgeschäft unterstützt und den reibungslosen Betrieb sicherstellt. Dabei geht es insbesondere um:
Verantwortung für die SAP SuccessFactors Talent-Module, PeopleDoc, Ingentis sowie die CPI-Schnittstelle (HR-seitig) zu ServiceNow
Operative Betreuung des SuccessFactors-Regelbetriebs
Begleitung des Releasewechsels (Mandatory Releases)
Unterstützung im Compensation Cycle (Testing, Freigaben, Key-User-Support)
Fehleranalyse und Kommunikation mit dem externen Dienstleister (englischsprachig)

Rahmenbedingungen
Projektstart: ab September
Projektdauer: 12 Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung
Auslastung: 10-20 Stunden pro Woche
Arbeitsort: Full remote
Projektsprache: Deutsch und Englisch

Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors, insbesondere im Recruiting-Modul (Pflicht)
Erfahrung im Support, Releasemanagement und Schnittstellenbetrieb
Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
SAP SuccessFactors Zertifizierung (von Vorteil)
Erfahrung mit PeopleDoc, Ingentis und CPI-Schnittstellen (wünschenswert)
