YOUR TASKSYou accompany one to two of our teams on a long-term basis as Scrum MasterYou take over the moderation of relevant Scrum meetings to make sure they run productively and efficientlyYou identify the needs and hurdles of your teams and help them to overcome themYou act as a facilitator for internal workshopsYou coach your teams with the goal to further improve performance and qualityYou actively bring your agile methodology know-how into the exchange with other Scrum Masters and help them to growYou work together with other agile Coaches and Scrum Masters to facilitate the agile transformation of our companyYou work closely with the Product Owner (PO) and team managers to effectively prioritize the backlog and ensure it aligns with business objectives and stakeholder needs.You support the PO in formulating clear and precise requirements in an appropriate format to facilitate understanding and implementation by the development team.You help the team find the appropriate working mode in every phase of work.-You bring organizational talent and creative ideas (cross-functional meetings, Dev Days, hackathons).
