Join to apply for the Scrum Master (m/w/d) role at ITech Progress GmbH

We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for multiple projects and teams
• Introduce and ensure compliance with Scrum rules in projects and procedures
• Coach teams and control external influences on teams
• Identify and eliminate obstacles within Scrum processes
• Moderate Scrum events like Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Plannings, Retrospectives, and Reviews
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and conduct Sprint Retrospectives
• Support the introduction of agile testing methods (e.g., TDD, BDD) and Agile Security Practices

Profile

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Project Management, or a comparable qualification
• Practical experience as a Scrum Master in agile IT projects
• In-depth knowledge of agile methods like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Experience in moderating workshops and conflict management
• Strong communication and moderation skills, as well as high empathy
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is an advantage
• Very good German and English language skills
