· Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments to maintain smooth project delivery.
· Drive Agile best practices, coach teams and stakeholders, and support process improvements at an organizational level.
· Ensure technical debt is managed and that refactoring and defect remediation are built into team workflows.
Requirements
· 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, with at least 3 years in a senior or enterprise-level role.
· Proven track record in Agile transformations and scaling Agile practices across organizations.
· Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, and XP.

· Hands-on knowledge of tools and technologies such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, or equivalent is an advantage.
Benefits
· Paid sick leave and flexible paid time off.
· Medical and Dental coverage (optional).
· 401(k) Retirement Plan (optional).
· Employer-paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability.
