    This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Kokua Education. We are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive, School Partnerships in the United States.

    This role offers the opportunity to drive transformative impact in education by leading high-value partnerships with school networks. The Senior Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, building trusted relationships with executive leaders while shaping expansion strategies in key regions. This individual contributor role combines strategic thinking, business acumen, and deep knowledge of the charter school landscape. You will play a critical role in scaling solutions that maximize student learning time and support mission-driven growth. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys engaging with C-level stakeholders, and is motivated by meaningful outcomes in the education sector.

    Accountabilities

    • Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, focusing on high-potential charter networks and regional opportunities.
    • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level and senior leaders at school networks, positioning the organization as a strategic partner.
    • Strategize and lead territory expansion efforts in collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams.
    • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and RFP responses for executive decision-makers.
    • Provide timely market, customer, and competitor insights to inform sales strategy and product development.
    • Forecast accurately and deliver actionable reporting on pipeline health, risks, and strategic opportunities to the Executive Team.
    • Transition closed partnerships seamlessly to the Operations team to ensure successful implementation and long-term outcomes.
    • Represent the organization at conferences, summits, and industry events to build networks and brand awareness.

    Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience in education sales, including 3+ years managing enterprise or multi-site partnerships.
    • Deep knowledge of the charter school landscape and trends affecting school networks.
    • Proven track record of closing large, strategic deals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong executive presence and confidence leading complex negotiations.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Passion for education and mission-driven work, with the ability to inspire stakeholders.
    • Strong initiative, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
