Senior Advanced Quality Planning (A232401)

1. Leading Advanced Quality Planning activities in the BU.
2. Customer interface for all quality relevant aspects in the development projects.
3. Planning, execution, and surveillance of quality-related activities (quality plan) in the development projects.
4. Coordination with the customer of sampling and approval processes.
5. Development and implementation of a maturity model according to customer requirements.
6. Close coordination of project activities with PM and SQA.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree or comparable qualification with at least 10 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Several years of professional experience in development and production of software-defined products.
• Experience in advanced quality planning, preferably with infotainment devices.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes (SMT, final assembly, testing).
• In-depth knowledge of automotive core tools (APQP, SPC, PPAP, FMEA), problem-solving methods (8D, FTA, Ishikawa), and OEM quality requirements (VW Formel Q, BMW GS).
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication skills and a convincing appearance.
• Experienced user of MS Office and SAP.
