• Leading Advanced Quality Planning activities in the BU.
• Customer interface for all quality relevant aspects in the development projects.
• Planning, execution and surveillance of quality related activities (quality plan) in the development projects.
• Coordination with the customer of sampling and approval processes.
• Development and implementation of a maturity model according to customer requirements.
• Close coordination of project activities with PM and SQA.

• Engineering degree or comparable qualification with at least 10 years working experience in automotive industry.
• Several years of professional experience within development and production of Software‑defined products.
• Several years of professional experience in the field of advanced quality planning, preferable with Infotainment devices.
• In‑depth knowledge of manufacturing processes (SMT, final assembly and testing).
• In‑depth knowledge of automotive core tools (APQP, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, …), problem‑solving methods (8D, FTA, Ishikawa, …) and OEM quality requirements (VW Formel Q, BMW GS, …).
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Very good communication skills and convincing appearance.
• Experienced user of MS Office and SAP.
