Senior Advanced Quality Planning (A )

1. Leading Advanced Quality Planning activities in the BU.
2. Customer interface for all quality relevant aspects in development projects.
3. Planning, execution, and surveillance of quality-related activities (quality plan) in development projects.
4. Coordination with the customer on sampling and approval processes.
5. Development and implementation of a maturity model according to customer requirements.
6. Close coordination of project activities with PM and SQA.

Qualifications

1. Engineering degree or comparable qualification with at least 10 years of working experience in the automotive industry.
2. Several years of professional experience within development and production of software-defined products.
3. Several years of professional experience in advanced quality planning, preferably with infotainment devices.
4. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes (SMT, final assembly, testing).
5. In-depth knowledge of automotive core tools (APQP, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, etc.), problem-solving methods (8D, FTA, Ishikawa, etc.), and OEM quality requirements (VW Formel Q, BMW GS, etc.).
6. Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
7. Excellent communication skills and convincing appearance.
8. Experienced user of MS Office and SAP.
