Known for our versatility across the technical spectrum, we use hardware and software tools to solve problems while supporting, installing and maintaining PCs, LANs, server hardware, operating systems, software and related‑IT sanctioned peripherals.

What you’ll achieve

As an IT Technical Services Senior Analyst, you will be part of a team supporting production operations. This role operates on a two‑shift schedule (morning and afternoon), and requires flexibility to support either shift depending on business needs.

You will

• Support production and production overtime in terms of hardware and software required.
• Participate on UATs and PITs taking place outside typical production hours, when required.
• Be the local hands for centralized teams as cybersecurity, network, telecom.

Essential Requirements

• Windows knowledge at support level.
• Hardware knowledge for supporting it.
• Standard software as MS Office knowledge.
• 3-4 years experience on supporting users.
• Polish language native or advanced speaker.
• Ability to make and maintain good working relationships with people.

Desirable Requirements

• Knowledge of network basics.
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level.
