This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Cleveland Clinic. We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Periop in United States.

This role provides a dynamic opportunity to support perioperative supply chain operations while driving process improvements and operational efficiency. You will serve as the lead analyst for front-end operations, collaborating closely with clinical staff, administrators, and IT teams to optimize workflows and enhance patient care. The position involves planning, implementing, and testing operational and technological enhancements, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. Working in a remote-friendly environment with flexible weekday hours, this role is ideal for professionals seeking impact, visibility, and engagement across healthcare operations.

Accountabilities

• Lead analysis and management of front-end perioperative supply chain operations to ensure efficient workflows and quality patient care.
• Collaborate with nurses, surgeons, administrators, and front-end managers to align operational goals with enterprise objectives.
• Partner with senior management in Operations, Finance, and IT to support decision-making and operational effectiveness.
• Monitor front-end scorecard metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Assist with planning for expansion, relocation, and remodeling of medical facilities and practices.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for front-end operations.
• Represent assigned areas on enterprise-wide committees and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; relevant experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Epic systems in outpatient and/or inpatient settings, including operational analysis, business reorganization, and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of ambulatory workflows, appointment scheduling, and front-end operations.
• Proficiency in analyzing operational flows and leveraging technology to improve efficiency.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: Epic certification in Cadence and/or Prelude.
