Job Description

• Operation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise, client, and cloud applications
• Planning and implementation of releases, as well as control of changes and incidents
• Further development of the application landscape within the framework of Application Lifecycle Management
• Close cooperation with departments and external service providers
• Documentation, monitoring, and quality assurance

The Successful Applicant

• Several years of professional experience in Application Management
• In-depth knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management
• Experience in IT Service Management (Release, Change, and Incident Management)
• Secure handling of administrative tools and ticket systems
• Strong communication skills and structured working methods
