This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate a growing brand across multiple channels and touchpoints. The Senior Brand Designer will create compelling visual experiences, translating abstract ideas into impactful design across digital, print, and motion media. Working closely with marketing and cross-functional teams, you’ll own projects end-to-end, ensure consistency in brand identity, and help build a design-oriented culture. This is a fully remote, highly collaborative role for someone who thrives in a fast-growing environment, values autonomy, and enjoys creatively solving complex design challenges.

Accountabilities:

• Design a range of digital and print assets, including landing pages, ads, event materials, blog covers, and emails.
• Translate messaging and concepts into visually compelling executions.
• Shape and maintain brand identity across multiple channels.
• Manage projects from kickoff to completion, incorporating feedback and collaborating with team members.
• Coordinate with contractors and external partners as needed for illustrations or development work.
• Contribute to the growth of a design-oriented culture within the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building visual brand identity, preferably in tech companies.
• 2+ years in startup environments as a brand designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design across various mediums.
• Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating effectively.
• Strong writing skills, critical thinking, and storytelling ability.
• Expertise in typography, color, layout, and composition.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of current web technologies and design principles.
• Basic motion design skills (After Effects or similar) and illustration skills, especially vector illustration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred but not required if portfolio demonstrates expertise.
