    This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Zoom. We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst, Finance Systems in United States.

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Quote to Cash and Go-To-Market analytics to drive innovation across finance systems and business processes. This role is central to optimizing automation, reporting, and compliance while collaborating closely with both business and IT teams. You will play a key part in implementing new products, streamlining workflows, and leveraging AI to enhance efficiency. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you’ll be responsible for system enhancements, large-scale initiatives, and ensuring data integrity to support business growth and success.

    Accountabilities

    • Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end Quote to Cash (QTC) processes and ensure accurate reporting models in tools such as Snowflake and Tableau.
    • Support testing strategies, coordinate UAT efforts with end users, track execution, and present progress metrics to leadership.
    • Lead the creation of high-quality documentation, capturing system configurations, workflows, data interfaces, and end-user training materials.
    • Collaborate on data extraction and conversion with business and IT teams during system changes or vendor transitions.
    • Ensure compliance with Finance SOX controls and safeguard system integrity post-deployment.
    • Provide operational support for current systems, working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth deployments.
    • Manage and prioritize quarterly requests in partnership with business stakeholders, guiding projects through the full systems development lifecycle.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of Quote to Cash experience in SaaS finance or related fields within fast-growth, high-volume environments.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
    • 3+ years of experience in Snowflake reporting, with strong SQL interpretation and data transformation expertise.
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and Zuora, plus familiarity with robotic process automation tools such as Automation Anywhere.
    • Proven ability to leverage AI for process optimization and automation.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear solutions and influence stakeholders.
    • Comfortable collaborating across time zones with global teams and external vendors.

    Highly organized, adaptable, and effective in multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
