Job Mission

The incumbent contributes significantly to maintaining high standards of quality across product development and technical projects. This position is responsible for planning and coordinating analyses performed by the Quality Assurance (QA) laboratory, ensuring the timely availability of samples for R&D teams and sensory evaluation panels. Additional responsibilities include incoming goods inspection, inventory management and control, and preparation for customs audits, thus supporting timely availability of quality data to accelerate speed to market.

Your Tasks

  • Timely coordination of Quality Assurance laboratory analyses for all product development and technical projects.
  • Preparation of Product Development samples, including ordering registration and inventory management for all test products.
  • Physical handling of Product Development samples and submission to Quality Assurance.
  • Inventory management and ensuring compliance with tax and customs regulations, including preparation for audits and reporting documents.
  • Support for the Product Development and Sensory teams in collecting and preparing samples for internal and panel evaluations.
  • Support for special projects and studies within Research & Development (QIMS – specifications and measurement profiles).
  • Coordination and execution of Product Development sample shipments to other locations.

Your Profile

  • Relevant educational background in commercial/business-related field.
  • Initial professional experience in Product Development or QA department preferred.
  • Knowledge in inventory management, customs and tax regulations.
  • Team spirit and strong service orientation, good communication skills across diverse stakeholders, attention to detail, good organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and Inventory/Warehouse Management System.
  • Good English skills (written and spoken).
  • Open minded, positive attitude, willingness to learn, flexibility.
  • Practiced working time model: Flextime.
