Responsibilities

• You supervise and optimise Microsoft Endpoint‑Management solutions (Intune, W365, AVD) in a Modern Workplace environment.
• You analyse customer requirements and develop tailored, cross‑platform solution concepts.
• You conduct rollouts and migrations and actively support implementation.
• You automate client‑management processes and develop new scripts (PowerShell).
• You model business processes for efficiency gains and act as sparring partner for our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows clients, server operating systems and modern client security.
• Strong knowledge of Intune, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Entra ID and related tools.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and enthusiasm for automation and packaging.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Defender suite and Conditional Access.
• Solution‑orientated, tech‑enthusiastic and collaborative with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
