Responsibilities

• Optimize personnel processes by driving digital transformation and modernization.
• Prepare and configure SAP Payroll consulting projects, troubleshoot in payroll activities.
• Manage SAP Payroll system landscape and support transition to SAP SuccessFactors.
• Take on project responsibilities and develop cross-disciplinary skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in a STEM field, business administration, or relevant training.
• Multiple years of experience in SAP modules such as payroll, HR administration, time management, or organizational management.
• Knowledge in designing, maintaining, and restructuring SAP payroll schemas.
• Fluent communication skills in German and English, both internally and externally.
