Job Overview

As a Senior Consultant SAP Retail, you will analyze and optimize retail business processes, develop integration concepts, advise clients on SAP solutions, and lead S/4HANA transformation projects. You will also facilitate workshops, create decision documents, and share your expertise to foster growth within our team.

Responsibilities

• Process analysis of retail business workflows, identifying improvement and automation opportunities using SAP solutions like S/4HANA Retail, SAP CAR, Industry Cloud Services.
• Develop and implement concepts for procurement, logistics, and omnichannel sales, ensuring process harmonization and integration.
• Consult clients on SAP-related strategies, providing knowledge transfer and strategic guidance.
• Plan, develop, and execute S/4HANA transformation projects for diverse clients.
• Prepare client workshops, decision documents, and presentations.
• Share knowledge with young professionals and contribute to the strategic development of the retail sector.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP module knowledge in retail, including SD, MM, FI, CO, and others.
• Extensive industry experience in retail, with a deep understanding of business processes and SAP Retail portfolio.
• Enthusiasm for latest IT and SAP trends such as AI and IoT.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both internally and externally.
