Role Overview

Design the digital future of HR processes: Guide our clients on how to efficiently implement and develop their processes within SAP SuccessFactors.

Concept Development: Prepare and execute consulting projects in SAP SuccessFactors, both conceptually and operationally.

Project Implementation: Manage SAP SuccessFactors applications and contribute ideas for their further development.

Deep Dive: Continuously expand your expertise across disciplines, bringing your own ideas and interests into the mix.

Client Interaction: Maintain existing client relationships and develop new ones.

Candidate Profile

• Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• SAP SuccessFactors Expertise: Several years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, functional knowledge in EC and at least one other module. Experience with S/4HANA (On-Premise or Cloud) is a plus.
• Additional Skills: Strong understanding of HR processes and experience with hybrid SAP HR landscapes.
• Project Experience: Ideally, experience in project leadership or management.
• Knowledge Sharing: Willingness to share and actively disseminate your knowledge internally and with clients.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in German and English, confident in internal and external communication.
