Job Overview

As a Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their HR processes and help them optimize these using SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Responsibilities

1. Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions tailored to client needs.
2. Collaborate with clients to analyze their HR processes and recommend improvements.
3. Support the deployment and integration of SuccessFactors modules.
4. Provide training and support to clients post-implementation.
5. Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and best practices.

Qualifications

1. Degree in Business Administration, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, or a related field.
2. Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite, including EC and other modules.
3. Knowledge of S/4HANA (On-Premise and/or Cloud) is a plus.
4. Strong understanding of HR processes and SAP HR landscapes.
5. Experience in project management and client communication.
6. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
