Role Overview

Design the digital future of HR processes by guiding our clients in efficiently mapping and developing their processes within SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities include conceptual preparation and operational execution of SAP SuccessFactors consulting projects, overseeing applications, and contributing ideas for further development. You will also develop your expertise across disciplines, bring your own ideas and interests into the role, and maintain and build client relationships.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should hold a degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable qualification. Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including functional knowledge of EC and at least one other module, is required. Experience with S/4HANA (On-Premise or Cloud) is a plus. Knowledge of HR processes, hybrid SAP HR landscapes, and project leadership experience are desirable. Willingness to share knowledge internally and externally, and excellent communication skills in German and English are essential.
