    This role provides an opportunity to lead, manage, and shape internal and external communications strategies for a wide range of projects, programs, products, and services. The Senior Content Specialist will collaborate across multiple business operations, ensuring brand consistency, strategic alignment, and measurable impact. You will design and execute high-value marketing communications, develop innovative processes, and optimize tools and workflows to enhance ROI. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker with strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while mentoring others. You will be a key contributor to organizational growth and brand positioning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Accountabilities

    • Lead the planning, development, and execution of internal and external communications strategies and campaigns.
    • Serve as the owner of communications programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand positioning, and strategic goals.
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners, including agencies, to coordinate messaging, creative content, and campaign delivery.
    • Provide oversight and direction to communication teams, mentoring colleagues and ensuring best practices are applied.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, program performance, and communications efficacy, making data-driven recommendations.
    • Manage budgets, vendor resources, and operational workflows to maximize efficiency and ROI.
    • Develop innovative content, documentation, and reports tailored to target audiences across various mediums.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 6+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or related content work, with experience targeting multiple audiences.
    • Proven program management and leadership skills, including strategic planning, project prioritization, and resource allocation.
    • Strong writing, editing, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders.
    • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to change.
    • Proficiency in word processing, desktop publishing applications, and content management tools.
    • Ability to exercise discretion, independent judgment, and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
