This global communications and technology developer seeks a Senior Cyber Security Expert to be based at their R+D Centre in Munich. The Senior Cyber Security Expert will be responsible for planning security engineering capabilities supporting the overall E2E cybersecurity assurance framework including developing and introducing policies, procedures and standards for security engineering projects based around emerging technologies.

The Senior Cybersecurity Expert will be responsible for identifying gaps in security engineering and for actively promoting security engineering methods across this organisation’s complete security ecosystem.

Having completed your PhD (or Master’s) in cyber security / information security you will have gained 10+ years of hands-on cybersecurity engineering, product security and security governance.

You will have an in-depth understanding of network security principles and have experience influencing large organisations regarding cyber security. Any exposure to AI security engineering would be beneficial (AI threat modelling, AI vulnerabilities and AI integrity protection) as would experience around design, development build etc. in relation to security engineering.
