Senior D365FO Finance Consultant (Fluent German, €80k, Home-based, Microsoft Partner) DO NOT APPLY if you are not involved with D365FO Finance Consulting (this is a D365FO role) Role:A fantastic opportunity to join a leading Microsoft Partner delivering D365FO Finance solutions across a range of transformation programmes. You will take functional leadership of the Finance workstream on new and existing D365FO projects, working directly with clients to design and implement financial solutions. You will ideall y have experience in fit-gap analysis, solution design, system configuration, and project delivery – including integrating tools like Copilot and AI agents. Headlines:ESSENTIAL: D365FO Consulting - Germany based - Fluent: German/English 4 years Dynamics D365FO Functional Consulting (ideally Finance module experience).Full lifecycle implementations (Requirements, Workshops, Gaps, Design, Configuration, Testing, Training, Support).HGB (German GAAP) and German tax knowledge (IFRS a bonus)Fluent German & English communication skillsLocation: Germany, with some travel to Stuttgart & Munich for clientsEligibility: You must be eligible to work in Germany without restrictions (no sponsorship available).
