We are growing the Electronics/EMC team by adding an experienced engineer who combines technical depth with customer-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for solving complex EMC problems and driving innovation.

Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to understand their needs and develop effective solutions. Provide expert EMC consultation and troubleshooting support to customers.
Analyze electronic systems (PCB, schematic, mechanics, requirements, test plans, and reports) to make EMC assessments.
Conduct EMC (pre)compliance testing to support customers on their journey.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product and Tech) to improve our service offering.
Help drive innovation in EMC testing and solution methodologies.

Required Qualifications

Background in Electronics Engineering or related field. Title is not important; electronics should be your passion and you should have a strong interest in EMC.
5+ years of experience in hardware design and development.
Demonstrated experience in EMC testing and troubleshooting.
Understanding of EMC standards and compliance requirements. You do not need to know all the standards—just be willing to navigate them to support customers.
Experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity, understanding their pains and needs.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with pre-compliance testing equipment.
Knowledge of international EMC standards (FCC, CE, etc.).
Experience in technical sales or customer support.
Project management experience.
