Overview 
 The Senior Finance Manager, Global Direct E-Commerce (GDE) supports the Head of Global Direct E-Commerce on growth and profit improvement, ensuring strong processes and controls in financial planning and reporting. The role is based in Europe (prefer Utrecht; Paris, Munich or London also possible). You will be a key member of the GDE Leadership Team, providing finance and business analytics support to the entire GDE organization and collaborating with the Global Sales Finance & Operations team. 
 Responsibilities 
  - P&L ownership for the GDE business and advising the Head of GDE to drive profitable sales growth and improved contribution margin. 
  - Business and financial performance analysis and reporting for the GDE business. 
  - Ensure forecast plans are achievable and transparently communicate material deviations. 
  - Financial planning (short-term and multi-year). 
  - Improve communication with Regions to harmonize how GDE performance is analyzed. 
  - Play a key finance advisory role in GDE development and expansion projects. 
  - Financial modeling of business opportunities; business partnering with GDE teams. 
  - Guard GDE accounting rigor and compliance. 
  - Transform the way we collect, analyze and use underlying e-commerce data. 
  - Manage a small team of analysts focused on GDE underlying business drivers. 
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Marketing, and Commercial) to support planning and GTM analyses. 
  - Be a member of the GDE Leadership Team and provide finance and business analytics support to the entire GDE organization. 
   
 Qualifications 
  - Master’s Degree, specializing in Finance or Accounting. 
  - 10+ years in FP&A or Business Finance roles in international environments (FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or PC industry). 
  - Experience supporting an online/e-commerce business. 
  - People management experience. 
  - Strong business acumen and judgement. 
  - Analytical skills; ability to interpret data; financial modeling and building business cases. 
  - Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with FP&A tools (Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP Analytics) and BI tools (Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI). 
  - Experience working in matrix/functional organizations. 
  - Thrives in a fast-changing business context; can bring structure while enabling pace and control. 
  - Self-motivated; comfortable in a multicultural context. 
  - Excellent communication with management; fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
