Role Overview:

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll join an autonomous engineering team. You’ll own full end-to-end features: from frontend experiences to backend services. You’ll work closely with product, collaborate on architecture, and use AI‑powered dev tools to optimise how fast and well the team delivers. With high levels of autonomy and responsibility, you’ll help raise standards, iterate quickly, and deliver meaningful value to tens of thousands of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and ship high-impact features spanning frontend (React, TypeScript, Vite) and backend (Nest.js, MongoDB, AWS).
• Mentor peers and share best practices for code, architecture, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements, estimate work, and deliver user stories & epics.
• Use AI‑assisted tools like Cursor to improve productivity and code quality.
• Help maintain and improve infrastructure practices (CI/CD, Docker, cloud hosting).
• Engage in system design and contribute to technical discussions about scale, maintainability, and performance.

Qualifications:

• Substantial experience in full stack development, with strong skills in both frontend and backend technologies.
• Proficient with React, TypeScript and Node.js.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take ownership over features and projects.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing, and release processes.
• Formal or informal previous leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills in English - able to collaborate effectively with product and other engineering teams.
