A well-established European private equity investment firm is seeking a senior Investor Relations & fundraiser to support its expanding platform. With a 20+ year track record of delivering consistent, top-quartile returns, the firm is known for its disciplined investment approach and long-standing institutional relationships across private equity strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute fund-raising campaigns across private equity strategies, including co-investments and secondaries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors with a particular focus on the DACH region & German pension schemes.
• Represent the firm at investor meetings, industry events, and roadshows.
• Lead the capital raising efforts and contribute to the firm's strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications / Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a fund-raising role across private markets.
• Proven success in raising capital from institutional investors, ideally across the DACH region.
• Deep understanding of private equity structures and investor expectations.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of building and managing relationships independently.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commercially driven mindset.
