About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about cybersecurity and eager to make a real impact in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a Senior IT Security Engineer who will take the lead in proactively identifying and mitigating security threats. In this role, you will work closely with Corporate IT teams and play a key part in safeguarding the company’s data, systems, and operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Shape the Future: Drive the roadmap for the IT Infrastructure Security function, collaborating with Product, Tech, and Engineering leadership.
• Innovate: Lead initiatives, design solutions, create processes, and develop frameworks to proactively detect and mitigate security risks, increasing the organization’s security maturity.
• Stay Ahead: Conduct research on emerging threats, attack vectors, and vulnerabilities to ensure a proactive defense posture.
• Collaborate: Conduct threat modeling sessions, assess and classify security threats, and work with stakeholders to define mitigation strategies.
• Deliver Excellence: Provide top-tier support to key internal stakeholders.
• Lead the Charge: Participate in the security incident response rotation and take ownership of managing critical security incidents.

Your Profile
Knowledge & Technical Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience with Endpoint Security, Email Security, DLP, MDM, Network Security, Identity and Access Management, and protection of critical corporate applications.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and methodologies (e.g., STRIDE, MITRE ATT&CK®, OWASP).
• Experience in configuring corporate applications and security tools to reduce risk.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• (Nice to have) Experience with ethical hacking and penetration testing methodologies.

Collaboration & Mindset

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
• Hands-on, solution-driven approach and ownership mentality.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken form.
• Growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning and development.
• Contributions to the security community (e.g., open-source tools, research, conference talks) are a plus.

Education
Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field OR a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field plus advanced security certifications.
