About the Role

• Independently manage legal matters for complex real estate and infrastructure projects, including asset management, development, maintenance and financing.
• Provide comprehensive legal support for Flix’s expansion and operations, ensuring compliance with corporate, real‑estate and rail‑regulatory requirements.
• Actively steer multidisciplinary project processes involving finance, corporate and regulatory areas.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex contracts, protecting the company’s strategic and commercial interests.
• Advise senior management on legal implications of strategic decisions.
• Communicate directly with business partners, regulatory authorities and external counsel.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments and external advisors to ensure efficient and effective legal execution.

About You

• Fully qualified lawyer (second state exam / admitted to the bar).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a law firm or an in‑house legal department.
• Proven expertise in real‑estate, infrastructure or asset‑financing projects, ideally within transportation or railway sectors.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with ability to handle complex legal and commercial structures.
• Excellent negotiation and contract‑drafting skills with solid project‑management experience.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
