About the Company

Our client is a Berlin-based startup developing core speech AI technologies, including ASR, TTS, and real-time voice intelligence. Backed by strong funding and technical leadership, they’re building scalable systems for next-gen voice applications.


Role Overview

They’re hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deploy deep learning models for speech and audio tasks. You’ll work on core infrastructure, real-time inference, and cutting-edge model development.


Responsibilities


• Build and optimize models for ASR, TTS, speaker/emotion recognition
• Work with large-scale datasets and modern speech architectures
• Design ML pipelines from training to deployment
• Collaborate across engineering and product


Requirements


• 2+ years ML experience (preferably in audio or NLP)
• Strong Python + PyTorch/TensorFlow skills
• Familiarity with models like Whisper, wav2vec, Tacotron, etc.
Bonus: real-time inference, ONNX, model optimization
