We’re hiring a (Senior) Manager Product Operations & Strategy (m/f/d) to help us scale smarter and execute faster. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role working directly with our Chief Product Officer to shape the operating system of our product organization.

What can you expect?

• Product Operations: Design and implement operating models that enable the product team to scale effectively and deliver against strategic goals
• Cross Functional Alignment: Define clear RACI and handoffs across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM to ensure alignment and reduce cycle time
• Process & Tools: Own and optimize core product processes and tools to increase delivery speed and consistency
• Operational Excellence: Standardize roadmap/backlog hygiene, release readiness, and incident follow-ups, automate where possible
• Market & Customer Insights: Translate voice-of-customer, usage, and market signals into actionable insights that inform product priorities
• Insight generation: Help run user interviews, surveys, and market analysis to generate a repository of insights
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and track key product metrics for product health, adoption, delivery, and quality, create self-serve dashboards for product teams and leadership
• Improvement: Support prioritization frameworks for and continuous improvement
• Executive Reporting: Generate executive/board-ready reporting that connects product outcomes to business value

What should you bring along?

• Experience: 2–5 years in product operations, product management, or a fast-paced environment like strategy consulting, VC/PE, or investment banking
• Industry Background: SaaS and/or B2B product experience is a strong plus
• Analytical Thinking: Highly structured, analytical thinker — you use data and frameworks to simplify complexity
• Execution & Ownership: Proven ability to drive projects end‑to‑end and get things done, even with ambiguity
• Communication & Influence: Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to align stakeholders and present clearly
• Operational Expertise: Experience building operating models, dashboards, or KPI frameworks is a bonus
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (German is a plus, not required)
