This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and optimize marketing automation strategies, focusing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You will work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to execute and refine automated marketing journeys that drive engagement and business results. The position involves managing complex email campaigns, troubleshooting system issues, and implementing data-driven optimizations. You will also explore and propose innovative approaches to enhance marketing automation capabilities. Success in this role requires a strong technical foundation, attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders in a collaborative environment.

Accountabilities

• Design, implement, and optimize automated marketing journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder.
• Manage multi-audience email campaigns globally, ensuring accurate data segmentation and delivery strategy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, maintaining integrations between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing automation with business goals.
• Explore, research, and propose new approaches to enhance marketing automation processes and adoption.
• Maintain attention to detail in building journeys, ensuring flawless data accuracy and system configurations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration experience, including managing complex journeys with multiple decision splits, AMPScript, and multiple data sources.
• 3+ years of email campaign management and delivery leadership experience, with production and segmentation strategy expertise.
• 2+ years of experience with digital marketing tracking tools such as Google Analytics.
• Salesforce Associate certification or higher; Marketing Cloud Administration certification required.
• Proficiency in AMPScript, SQL, and HTML at a basic to moderate level.
• Understanding of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other data privacy regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, project management capability, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
