Senior MES Engineer

We are currently looking for a Senior MES Engineer experienced in Emerson Syncade and Emerson DeltaV.

Scope:

• Design, build, and configure MES applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing recipes in Emerson Syncade.
• Apply expert-level knowledge to guide technical decisions and provide solutions to cross-team challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative manufacturing solutions.
• Document application specifications and maintain comprehensive records of development activities.
• Support integration between MES (Syncade) and DCS (DeltaV).

Skills:

• Primary skills: Expert knowledge of Emerson Syncade and Emerson DeltaV.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in MES, DCS, or automation systems in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Master proficiency in MES and strong knowledge of Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) and Manufacturing Engineering MES.
• Proven track record in recipe authoring, system configuration, and implementation in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
