Responsibilities

• In the Customer Service / Field Service environment, design holistic service processes and work with our growing Microsoft team and customers to implement solutions from analysis and conception to successful implementation.
• Develop pioneering solutions, particularly regarding the integration of new technologies or the use of AI.
• Advise international customers on strategic and operational goals and ensure practical, sustainable implementation.
• Assume overall technical responsibility, from design decisions to system integration and quality assurance.
• Actively support the team in pre-sales activities, demonstrations, and tenders.

Your Profile

• Several years of international project experience as a business process consultant/solution architect in the M365 environment, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Field Service.
• Deep understanding of service processes, system architectures and their optimization potential.
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and their meaningful integration into existing system landscapes.
• High level of commitment, ability to work in a team, and a confident, professional manner.
• Strong written and spoken German and English.
• Willingness to travel moderately.
