WHAT WILL YOU DO..

We’re looking for a Senior NetSuite Developer with a deep knowledge of ERP systems and an interest in creating scalable, finance-centric solutions that support a fast-changing logistics platform. You’ll collaborate closely with finance stakeholders, product managers, and platform engineers to improve processes, increase data quality, and enable smarter financial decision-making through NetSuite. If you are motivated about solving complex business problems and delivering elegant, maintainable solutions, we’d love to meet you. In this role, you will..

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the NetSuite platform.
• Customize and optimize NetSuite fields, forms, records, saved searches, formulas, reports and dashboards
• Build advanced automation solutions using SuiteScript and optimize workflows to improve efficiency.
• Connect NetSuite with third-party systems using SuiteTalk (WebServices) or RESTlet frameworks.
• Actively participate in technical design discussions, estimations, and solution documentation.
• Identify and bridge gaps between current and desired system states.
• Define and refine development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite integrations, performance, and user functionality.
• Provide support for NetSuite users, answering technical queries and providing training where needed.

What We Are Looking For..

• 6+ experience in NetSuite ERP Development
• Hands-on experience with SuiteScript for back-end customizations
• Proficiency in the SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
• Strong SuiteAnalytics reporting and querying skills.
• Solid understanding of key business processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Revenue Recognition, Accounting, etc.).
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and communicate solutions effectively.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• NetSuite Administrator or Consultant certification is a plus
