Job Overview

Responsibilities

1. Building & Maintaining Partnerships: Identify potential partners, conduct discussions, and develop sustainable collaborations, preferably with experience in SaaS products.
2. Business Development: Contribute ideas for market expansion and collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams. Handle onboarding of new partners.
3. Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and find mutually beneficial solutions.
4. Partner Enablement: Develop strategies with partners for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
5. Team Building: Prepare for future team expansion and take on leadership roles as the partner network expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in partner or account management, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Strong business development skills with entrepreneurial thinking.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Structured, proactive work approach with high responsibility and hands-on attitude.
