Role Overview

As a Senior People & Culture Manager, you will drive the People agenda, acting as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring our culture, processes, and talent strategies scale with the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and improve HR administration: workflows, contracts, certifications, and digital records.
• Ensure accurate monthly payroll in collaboration with our internal software and team.
• Serve as key contact for authorities, insurance providers, and tax advisors on daily topics.
• Maintain and optimize HR systems and tools including Personio and DEEL.
• Collaborate with external legal teams to review and implement policy updates as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated success in personally sourcing, closing, and onboarding senior/high-profile talent.
• Proven track record in the industry of building culture and scaling People in a fast‑growing company and experience working closely with C‑Level.
• Advanced experience in data‑driven decision‑making, with a history of analyzing, reviewing, and redefining recruitment metrics to optimize processes and outcomes.
• Hands‑on expertise with Personio, coupled with a comprehensive and up‑to‑date knowledge of German employment law and its practical application in daily HR work.
• Strong service orientation mindset with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across all levels and functions of the organization.
• Full professional fluency in both English and German.
