This role is a strategic and hands-on HR leadership position, focused on shaping the employee experience and driving organizational effectiveness. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, collaborating across teams to design and deliver programs that enhance performance, engagement, and culture. The position combines strategic partnership with operational execution, ensuring people initiatives are aligned with business goals. You will manage aspects of the employee lifecycle, guide leaders through organizational change, and leverage data and technology to continuously improve the employee experience. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about fostering inclusive, high-performing teams.
Accountabilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing coaching, insights, and solutions that align people strategies with business objectives.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession strategies.
- Facilitate leadership discussions on talent, performance, and engagement to drive accountability and informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with the People Team to design and implement integrated solutions that elevate the employee experience across all key touchpoints.
- Support talent development initiatives, identify skill gaps, and equip managers to lead high-performing teams.
- Oversee performance processes including reviews, calibration, and development planning for assigned departments.
- Manage and continuously improve employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, compensation, and offboarding.
- Leverage people analytics to inform talent decisions, assess program effectiveness, and identify trends.
- Implement HR systems and AI-enabled tools to enhance processes and streamline operations.
- Guide teams and leaders through organizational change, ensuring alignment with culture and values.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR, People Operations, or Talent experience, with at least 4 years as a People Partner or HR Business Partner in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
- Expertise in performance management, change management, talent development, HR operations, and employee relations.
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization, including executives.
- Highly organized, action-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with a focus on results.
- Experience leveraging HR systems, tools, and AI solutions to improve programs and employee experience.
- Ability to interpret people and business data to guide decisions and recommendations.
- Skilled in driving organizational change while maintaining engagement, inclusion, and high performance.
