Your Role

Owns performance marketing and the Martech stack including web analytics.

Develops and executes the inbound lead generation strategy in alignment with the GTM strategy.

Defines manages and maintains the tool stack for marketing campaigns and marketing intelligence.

Implements monitors and optimizes lead generation campaigns across paid media and automation tools.

Manages technical SEO initiatives to enhance website visibility and performance.

Oversees and optimizes the paid marketing budget.

Bachelors degree in Marketing Management or a related field

3 years of experience in performance marketing and customer relationship management

2 years of experience in the field of fintech or banking

Experienced in managing a corporate website including content optimization A / B testing and technical SEO

Experienced in managing lifecycle campaigns and marketing automation tools preferably Salesforce Pardot and / or Braze

Strong project management skills

Excellent English and German language skills
