    This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of BuildOps. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer in United States.

    As a Senior Product Designer, you will take ownership of mobile-first product design initiatives that directly impact customers in a fast-growing environment. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end design process — from research and user flows to polished, production-ready designs. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders, you’ll bring clarity to complex problems and create user experiences that are both elegant and functional.     Accountabilities:

    • Independently own the end-to-end design process, including user flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and polished deliverables ready for engineering handoff.
    • Conduct user research, discovery calls, and customer visits; synthesize findings into actionable insights to inform design decisions.
    • Collaborate with Product Managers to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet both business goals and user needs.
    • Work closely with Engineers, QA, and cross-functional partners to iterate quickly, refine ideas, and ensure smooth implementation.
    • Participate in design reviews by presenting work, receiving feedback, and contributing to team-wide discussions on quality and best practices.
    • Contribute to building a strong design culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    Requirements

    • 5–7 years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on mobile products.
    • Portfolio showcasing successful mobile product design from concept to launch, including case studies and prototypes.
    • Expert proficiency in Figma, with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Strong understanding of cross-platform UX/UI principles for iOS and Android, along with user research and usability testing experience.
    • Familiarity with app store guidelines and best practices.
    • Ability to leverage mobile analytics and user data to optimize experiences.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale.
    • Experience with AI tools that support ideation, prototyping, and synthesis.
    • Understanding of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
    • Willingness to travel up to six times per year for meetings and customer visits.
    • Bonus: experience in enterprise SaaS, commercial trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), or familiarity with tools such as Dovetail, UserVoice, and Jira.
