Senior Project Coordination Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

  • Support product managers in the release of projects.
  • Create, monitor, maintain and coordinate all scheduled activities related to releases, including international product and video launches in company systems.
  • Coordinate creation of artwork, texts and promotional material, update them, and write marketing copy and product descriptions.
  • Coordinate travel for video shoots, photo shoots, and events such as listening sessions.
  • Produce social‑media video clips, spot trends for new formats, and administer them.
  • Act as interface to internal and external stakeholders, keep contacts with management, artists, partners and handle artist support.
  • Organise, plan and execute various showcases and perform administrative duties such as invoicing.

Qualifications

  • Completed university degree in Musicology, Cultural Management, Business Administration or a comparable field.
  • Knowledge of classical music and affinity for Electronic, Ambient and Film music.
  • Excellent online and social‑media skills – knowledgeable on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok and streaming services.
  • Strong project‑management experience – able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office and content‑management systems, quickly learning new tools.
  • Strong written language skills with an eye for style and orthography; experience in text and image editing.
  • Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1) – both written and spoken.
