We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong background in structural engineering to support major building construction projects across Europe .

You will be working with a leading consultancy providing structural engineering and advisory services within the construction and real estate sector.

Position : Freelance Technical Project Manager
Location : Düsseldorf (some remote flexibility may be considered)
Contract : 12+ months
Start : ASAP
Language : Fluent German required
Experience : 5+ years in structural engineering project management

Project Types:

Residential buildings
High-rise towers (up to 20 stories)
Educational facilities (e.g. schools)

Key Requirements:

Proven experience managing technical aspects of structural engineering projects
Strong consulting and coordination skills within the construction and real estate industries
Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients and contractors
Fluent German communication (written and spoken) is essential

The client has a strong emphasis on the perfect candidate having a solid experience in structural engineering, including all technical aspects.
