Senior Project Manager (Remote - US)

This role is designed for an experienced and client-focused project management professional with a strong background in IT and cloud technologies. You will oversee enterprise-level projects from planning through execution and closure, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and scope compliance. Working closely with clients, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will coordinate resources, manage risks, and track performance to drive measurable outcomes. The position requires a mix of technical understanding, leadership, and exceptional communication skills, offering an opportunity to influence client success and operational excellence within a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Accountabilities

• Oversee assigned projects, setting clear goals between clients and delivery teams, and managing execution from start to finish.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budget estimates.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and align on project goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Track project progress using KPIs and reporting tools, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in client-facing Project Management roles, preferably in IT, cloud, or consulting environments.
• Experience managing technical projects with teams of 5+ members and budgets exceeding $500,000.
• Proficiency in multiple Project Management methodologies, such as Waterfall and Agile.
• Strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, and revenue projection management.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with clients at both business and technical levels.
• Preferred: familiarity with infrastructure modernization, application development, and/or data engineering disciplines.
