Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy to enhance the company\'s brand awareness, reputation and influence, to support new product launch campaigns and build product awareness, consideration and preference among media and consumers from a PR perspective.
• Establish in-depth cooperative relationships with the media landscape, expand media resources, and connect with media channels to ensure efficient dissemination of the company\'s news and activities.
• Utilize excellent storytelling and influential skills to pitch to media and position topics/products in relevant outlets.
• Monitor public opinion dynamics and respond to PR crises in a timely manner; formulate effective response strategies to safeguard the brand image.
• Write high-quality news articles, promotional copy for new product launches, press releases and promotional campaigns.
• Plan and organize large-scale PR activities from concept to on-site execution and follow-up to meet goals.
• Prepare and execute press conferences, round tables, and press trips.
• Continuous press monitoring and product-related reporting.
• Collaborate with internal departments, integrate resources, and help business units meet publicity and promotion needs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders at the DACH, European and global levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor\\'s degree or above; majors in public relations, journalism, media, etc. are preferred.
• More than 5-8 years of working experience in public relations, in consumer electronics, PR agency, or media.
• Rich media resources and strong media relationships; familiar with various media operation modes.
• Strong planning and execution abilities for PR activities; successful cases are preferred.
• Keen insight into public opinion and ability to handle PR crises; able to respond calmly under pressure.
• Excellent copywriting as well as communication, coordination and team management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• High level of comprehension, flexibility, creativity, and ability to work in an international team.
• Commitment and motivation, goal orientation, pragmatism, and hands-on mentality.
• Excellent multi-task management skills; able to work under pressure and take on challenges.
