The Opportunity

In This Role You Will

Have experience in Civil, Structural, Architectural estimating, tender evaluations, and onsite cost controls
Optimize project costs, implement value engineering, and ensure value for money while maintaining high standards and quality
Provide commercial and contract support throughout the project
Produce cost plans/estimates to provide clients with detailed budgets
Ensure initial cost plans are sufficient to carry out the works
Analyze tenders to ensure value for money and procurement at the best market rates
Deliver all work outputs accurately and on time
Close out commercial, change orders, and contract issues
Perform interim valuations to ensure subcontractor payments are correct and timely
Forecast and monitor cash flow/accruals to maintain positive cash flow, liaising with the client’s financial team
Assist in the reparation and agreement of final accounts, including handling claims to ensure the client gets the best value
Produce cost analysis feedback and lessons learned for the client for future projects

We Would Love To Hear From You If You

Have extensive experience in Civil, Structural, Architectural Estimating
Possess a degree or comparable experience
Have experience in Battery manufacturing, Life Science, Semiconductor projects, or Oil & Gas
Are an excellent communicator, verbally and in writing
Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects
Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through shared purpose, openness, and a positive attitude
